(Colombo-Lankapuvayh) The European Union and the UNICEF are funding several schools in the East to sharpen the talents of bright students, Education Ministry sources said.
Under privileged students,earlier affected by the war are also being assisted to continue education under funds from these institutions,they pointed out.
Aesthetic studies are given much focus under grants received to enhance the skills of talented students,they added.
