World’s tallest St Anthony’s statue in Wattala

(Colombo Lankapuvath) The world’s tallest statue of St Anthony has been established in Wattala, near the Municipal Council building in the Wattal-Handala junction.

The statue is 25 feet tall and the next tallest statue is only 0 feet tall.

Unveiling of the statue of St Anthony will take place this Saturday (07) at 6.30 pm under the auspicious of Archbishop Cardinal Malcome Ranjith.
