(Colombo Lankapuvath) Scattered rains are expected in the evening and afternoon hours in the Western, Southern, Sabaragamuwa and Central Province, the Met Department said.
Some parts of the North Western province will also experience showers during the day (05).
Seas around the island would also be rough due to the strong winds prevailing and the monsoons setting in, the Department added.
